When can we learn more about Left Alive? Can we get some more details? Yesterday, at the Tokyo Game Show, Square Enix revealed a brand new title called Left Alive, a game that had people from the METAL Gear, Armored Core, and Gundam franchises working on it. But, aside from that reveal, the noting of it being a survival shooter, and a short teaser trailer, there wasn't much information on. Time has passed though, and Gematsu has gotten some very interesting information on it. First off, Left Alive takes place in the Front Mission series. Specifically, the game takes place inbetween Front Mission 5 and Front Mission Evolved. As for characters, there are three main protagonists that you'll get to play through in the game. You'll start out as one, get another, and then be able to rotate as the game goes on. How you progress through the game is apparently up to you, and there will be replayable elements of the game. Furthermore, though there is only one ending, how your characters are portrayed in the ending will be dependent on the path you choose through the game. Left Alive is a singleplayer game for the most part, but there is potential for online elements. And finally, yes, there are robots/mechs in the game. The game is set to release in 2018 for PC and PS4.
