Get well fast, I heard they are very painful! Just imagine dealing with kidney stones during a zombie apocalypse, no hospitals, limited medicine.

Those are extremely painful. My cousin had one before. Make sure to drink lots of water too.

Man that would really suck! Glad it hasn't happened yet lol.

I am I bought a ton of Gatorade and vitamin water.

You can get them multiple ways. Being dehydrated is one of them. I work in a glass factory with 5 furnaces that all get up to 500 degrees. So that is a very good possibility of why it happened. It just sucks that I am 20 years old and most older people get them.

Oh wow, yeah, you definitely need to be sure that you keep yourself hydrated working in those conditions.

This. You wanna drink plain water, with nothing else in it (fluoride is ok, if you have fluorinated water) mineral water, gatorade etc, basically anything with electrolytes, or replenishing on the bottle contain lots of salts, its ok to have one maybe, after an intense workout, it will replenish some of the salts you lost during exercise.

I just came back from a 2 days hospital vacation...
    6mm stone gone,after 30 hour of pain.
Drink also if you can one lemon juiced with water for day,it keep Uric acid at low level.

I've had three kidney stones, the first one was the worst, I feel you. Thought I was going to die laying on the hospital bed. My arms and legs started vibrating from the pain, was getting ready to faint, and the nurse dropped my dilaudid, I believe it was.
