Default Battlefield 1: Premium Pass Announced

DICE and Electronic Arts this week officially announced a Premium Pass for Battlefield 1. This is a membership program where players will get access to new content and early access to Battlefield 1. This program will be priced at $50.

According to a press release, four upcoming themed digital expansion packs are planned for the game. The program gives gamers two-week early access to each pack, starting with the They Shall Not Pass expansion in March 2017. That pack features the French army joining the battle in multiplayer. Here are the other features of the program:

4 upcoming digital expansion packs, including:

o Two-week early access to each expansion pack
o Play as new armies including France in Battlefield 1 They Shall Not Pass, and the Russian Empire in an upcoming expansion pack
o 16 new multiplayer maps
o New Operations and game modes for more ways to play
o New Elite classes
o 20 new weapons
o New vehicles

14 Battlefield 1 Battlepacks containing stand-out weapon skins, delivered monthly from November 2016

14 unique dog tags distributed over the course of the Battlefield 1 Premium Pass period

Battlefield 1 is due out on October 21. The game will be available for Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and Origin for Windows PC. Gamers who pre-order the Early Enlister Deluxe Edition will get access to the game starting on October 18. In addition, EA Access and Origin Access members can try the game before its release as part of the Play First Trial starting on October 13 on Xbox One and Windows PC.
